Flourishing in 2023
As the New Year begins and the whole world seems to speak of resolutions, consider these words from the Alveary Reflective Practice Plan Book (p. 30):
“We are all finite creatures with only so much time. When moms prioritize, they often put their own needs dead last; but without proper self-care, humans do not flourish. And if you are not flourishing, it is going to be much more difficult for your school to flourish.”

- How is your personal spiritual life?
- What are you reading?
- Are you eating well and getting in some active time?
- How are you finding moments alone, time with friends, and time with your spouse?"
