February Foundations
February can have its challenges with weather inhibiting your time out of doors and with what may feel like an interminable number of weeks left in the school year. Motivation may be low. These make it a perfect time to schedule your own “mini-retreat” with materials already included in your Alveary membership! Here are a few ideas:
- Spend time with Foundations: Relational Methods, housed on Alveary’s Hive. There you will find short, practical videos, reflection questions, Mason’s words, and resources on a variety of subjects. Work your way through the topics in order, or jump around to what interests you the most. This is a resource we plan to continue expanding throughout the coming year, but you will find plenty of material there now for several mini-retreats!
- Find more videos and curated Parents’ Review articles under the Resources tab of the Alveary website.
- Explore this list of short, helpful video clips from past Office Hours.
- Keep your motivation going week by week with tips and encouragement from Alveary’s Reflective Practice Plan Book.
