When I was a child riding in the car with my parents for our summer vacation, my brother and I had to occupy ourselves by looking out the window, listening to the same old songs on the radio, or playing games involving license plates. Nowadays there are so many devices to keep children busy. However, we know the negative effects of too much screen time. That is why I am so thankful for audio books and the endless hours of enjoying a good book together. Summer vacation is the perfect time for catching up on some great audio books.
