Centenary Conference • Intermediate Spanish Literature

1. Centenary Conference: Register with the Early Bird Rates through New Year’s Eve and take advantage of the low exchange rates. Prices increase on January 1st. Take advantage of the early bird pricing and helpful exchange rates today! Here are a few pertinent details about the conference: 

  • Registration includes all conference sessions, access to campus accommodations, ALL meals from Wednesday dinner through Friday dinner, and refreshments throughout.  
  • We’re delighted to have Jack Laws, Nancy Kelly, and Kerri Forney as our featured speakers this year! Together, along with many other educators and subject experts, we’ll explore Mason’s life and legacy (Wednesday), all things Nature, Science, and outdoor-related (Thursday), and Mason’s use of narration and narrative throughout the curriculum (Friday). The conference will end with a centenary concert including reflections on the past 100 years since Mason’s death, professional musicians, and a reception afterward.
  • Ambleside and the Lake District are beautiful! Consider coming early or staying late to explore Beatrix Potter attractions, Wordsworth House, or to travel to other places in the UK.

2. Intermediate Spanish Literature: We have updated the Student Text and Reader Guide for this course. There were two sections of vocabulary missing from the verb charts for pp. 14-15 and pp. 30-31. The charts are now complete. You can access the document here
